Team GB’s Ollie Davies became the first British man to compete at the Olympics in ski cross. He finished fourth in his race with only the top two progressing to the quarter-finals.
The 24-year-old from Guildford in Surrey said: I’m pretty gutted. I made a mistake at the start and I was playing catch-up from then onwards.
“It’s a track that’s not particularly easy to pass and I was too far off at the back from that one mistake at the start.
“Right now, I’m still processing what happened, but I want to come back stronger and do better.”
