The current season’s first guests may have only arrived at Ski Beat’s high altitude French ski chalets a couple of weeks ago, but the company has already launched its 2025-26 programme. Ski Beat’s Laura Hazell says: “Around 30% of our guests book their next ski holiday with us within a couple of weeks of their return home.
“By the time the summer holidays begin, we have filled around half of our entire ski chalet capacity for the following winter, and nearly three quarters of Ski Beat’s holidays will be booked ahead of the start of each season.
“This year we are launching the next season’s holidays earlier than ever before, and only four days after our first guests arrived in resort to start the 2024-25 season.”
Laura added: “Skiers generally know what they want, and once they find a chalet or ski area that suits them, they like to secure it for their next holiday.
“Around two thirds of Ski Beat’s guests return year on year, and for newcomers to skiing, we have put aside specific dates and chalets for newbies to try a `Toe in the Snow’, away from high season, when prices are keener, slopes are quieter, and days are longer.”
For winter 2025-26 Ski Beat is offering 7 night ski holidays in some of the best located ski chalets, in seven of France’s top ten high altitude resorts, including Arc 1950, La Plagne, La Tania, La Rosiere, Les Arcs/Plan Peisey, Val Thorens and Val d’Isere.
As skiers warm to the many creature comforts ski chalets offer, compared with self-catering or hotel accommodation, Ski Beat offers options to upgrade the ski holiday experience, with wine and artisan beer upgrade packages and optional massage in the chalets, while many chalets have hot tubs, saunas and access to indoor pools and gyms.
Ski Beat has been taking British skiers to the Alps for nearly four decades. Prices for the 2025-26 season start from £870pp for a week’s stay in Chalet Herrison, Plan Peisey, including a chalet host to prepare cooked and continental breakfast, home made cakes with afternoon tea, freshly prepared three-course evening meals with unlimited wine, return Gatwick or Manchester flights, and transfers.
