Méribel ESF has announced a series of exclusive ESF Masterclasses to help take your skiing to new heights. ESF Masterclasses are designed to cater to all skill levels from a basic skier eager to improve to an expert skier intent on reaching new objectives. Masterclasses will run weekly for four weeks from Sunday, 7 January 2024.
Hosted by a small team of top ESF coaches, Masterclasses will be run in English with a maximum of six per group, and will provide skiers with the full array of drills, techniques and tips including fundamental technical exercises, biomechanics, balance and angulation drills, video analysis, timed slalom and an introduction to CARV, the new intelligent insole that feeds back data.
Top classes will also do advanced carving techniques, racing techniques, mogul skiing and off-piste. The focus will be on enabling skiers to achieve their personal goals while enjoying their skiing in an exciting atmosphere, taking full advantage of the paradise which is the Three Valleys.
The Masterclasses are scheduled to run from 7 January 2024 for four weeks only. To secure your spot and reserve a place early registration is recommended. Visit the website to learn more about the available dates, pricing, and to complete your registration.
The Masterclasses will be managed by David Lindsay who started the ESF Section Internationale in the 1980s.
